HR Business Partner

As an HR Business Partner, you act as a trusted advisor to our managers, supporting them with a wide range of HR-related matters. You’ll partner with managers to truly understand their needs and develop smart, targeted strategies that balance all interests, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization. You play an active role in daily HR operations as well as in the transformation DORC is currently undergoing as a result of the integration with ZEISS. You are proactive, act swiftly, and contribute to the further professionalization of HR processes within a dynamic and evolving international context.

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to building an organization where people, processes, and culture grow in balance.
  • Support the smooth progress of integration processes with ZEISS from an HR perspective.
  • Coach and support (international) managers on personnel and organizational matters.
  • You advise on topics such as leadership, talent development, succession planning, and sustainable employability.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures related to absence, performance, onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding employment conditions, collective labor agreements, contracts, legislation, working conditions, and more.
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and contribute to the optimization of HR tools and processes.

What you bring:

  • A completed master’s degree or bachelor’s degree with relevant experience.
  • At least 10 years of HR experience within an international organization.
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social law, both national and international.
  • Experience in change management within a dynamic environment.
    • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
    • Available to work at least 32 hours per week, with roughly half of your time spent at our Zuidland office, depending on your schedule. Flexibility is key!
    • You are confident in influencing and challenging managers on key HR topics, providing sound advice and guidance to support the business. You’re comfortable making decisions and taking ownership when it matters.
