Reliable financial reporting forms the foundation for sound business decisions. As Financial Controller, you ensure the accuracy, transparency and integrity of the financial information on which management and shareholders rely.
In this role, you are responsible for the company’s financial closing and reporting processes, supporting both internal stakeholders and external parties with clear and reliable financial insight. You work closely with the Manager Financial Control and other departments across the organization and contribute to maintaining strong financial governance in an international and highly regulated environment.

By ensuring accurate closing, disciplined reporting processes and compliance with relevant laws and regulations, you provide the financial foundation needed for clear oversight, accountability and informed decision-making.
Your responsibilities
In this role, you:
- Prepare and coordinate monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes, ensuring full visibility and control over the balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow.
- Deliver monthly, quarterly ad yearly financial reporting to the group consolidation team and to the board
- Provide financial analyses to support internal stakeholders
- Coordinate with external financial, compliance and tax auditors
- Ensure compliance with local law, tax provisions and relevant industry and financial regulations
- Handle payroll processing and labor tax compliance
- Prepare monthly or quarterly VAT statements
Your environment
You will be part of the Finance organization and work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. Internally, you collaborate with the Manager Financial Control, Group consolidation team, HR Office Support and other departments. Externally, you work with auditors and tax advisors.

You are a finance professional who works accurately, systematically and with a strong sense of responsibility. You understand the importance of reliable financial reporting and know how to maintain control during demanding closing periods.
You combine analytical strength with a structured way of working and communicate effectively with different stakeholders. You are comfortable operating in an environment where compliance, consistency and attention to detail matter every day.
You have
- A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field, or an equivalent level of professional expertise
- 5–10 years of experience in financial control, accounting or a comparable finance role
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting, including IFRS and Dutch GAAP
- Solid understanding of tax regulations, including VAT, wage tax and corporate income tax
- Experience working with financial reporting systems and consolidation software

• Annual gross salary between €70.419 and € 89.767 depending on experience and background
• 27 vacation days based on full-time employment
