Corporate Recruiter

If you’re a hands-on, senior recruiter who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced international environment, this is your chance to shine. You’ll be working on a wide range of positions. From engineers to production staff, from managers to specialists.

To fuel our continued growth, we’re looking for an experienced, internationally minded Corporate Recruiter who’s ready to make an impact. In this key role, you will be the driving force behind attracting and hiring top talent. You’ll partner closely with hiring managers to truly understand their needs and create smart, targeted strategies to bring in the right people.

Your key responsibilities:

  • From opening a vacancy to successfully onboarding new talent, you manage the entire recruitment process seamlessly, including all administration within our ATS.
  • You draft and execute the annual labor market communication plan, tailored to the specific departments and their needs. You know better than anyone how to appeal to different target groups.
  • Working closely with hiring managers, you translate hiring needs into engaging vacancies and recruitment profiles that speak to top talent.
  • You build strong relationships with candidates, guiding them through every step of the recruitment journey and providing clear, timely feedback.
  • You elevate recruitment to the next level by actively sourcing through networks, building talent pipelines, and creating a future-proof recruitment approach.
  • You assist local teams in filling a wide variety of positions, including senior leadership and other strategically important roles, serving as a trusted advisor on high-level recruitment.
  • You manage our candidate database and keep the corporate careers websites up to date.
  • You are responsible for the application management of our recruitment workflow system, ensuring it runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • You will focus on further integrating the recruitment processes with those of Zeiss, actively seeking best practices and synergies.
  • You track and report on key recruitment KPIs, using data to continuously optimize our hiring processes and results.

Preferred skills:

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree, combined with at least 4 years of relevant experience in corporate recruitment.
  • Fluent in both Dutch and English.
  • Excel and Teams have little secrets for you.
  • Available to work at least 32 hours per week, with roughly half of your time spent at our Zuidland office, depending on your schedule. Flexibility is key!
  • A proactive mindset and efficiently managing multiple vacancies and stakeholders at the same time makes you happy.
  • Experience in recruiting technical and international roles is a big plus.
